This is a tricky one because all of the podcast hosting services generate an RSS feed that you can submit to all of the podcast directories. The main differentiators are that some are Spotify partner hosts (which means it's quicker and easier to get listed on Spotify), some let you automatically cross post to YouTube, and some go as far as providing a "one click distribution" service, which means you don't need to spend the time submitting your RSS feed to directories yourself.
